Are Haven Watches limited editions?
"Limited edition" is stretched thin in marketing. We produce in thoughtful, finite runs — and when they're gone, we typically move forward rather than repeat ourselves.
What's the Warranty?
Three-year limited coverage against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, and cosmetic deterioration aren't included. Post-warranty service remains available.
How often should I get my Haven serviced?
Under typical conditions, expect approximately seven years before routine maintenance is needed. However, contact us if anything seems amiss — we stand behind our craftsmanship.
Return Policy
Unworn watches may be returned within seven days of delivery. Email us for a FedEx label. Full refunds apply minus shipping costs for unused pieces.
How do you ship watches?
Almost exclusively via FedEx for dependability and protection. All deliveries require signatures. International customers pay shipping fees and handle customs/duties.
